Delivery Policy

·         Please contact us with your postcode for a shipping quote, unless stated above.

·         We deliver our products Australia wide using Fastway courier or Australia Post. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

·         Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated to take up to maximum 10 business days (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays), from the date your payment is received.

·         Us, Naviplus will make every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times* however, we cannot guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame, yet we will do our best to do so.

·         Naviplus ships goods Australia wide, and some selected countries such as New Zealand or SEA countries;  for selected items. Please contact us at naviplusebay@gmail.com to enquire about a special order.

·         Pick up orders available in Brunswick VIC 3056.

·         No weekend or after hours delivery available.

·         Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation or paypal payment receipt. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier will leave a card so you can collect your product from your local depot (identification may be required). Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for re-delivery (charges may apply) or collection.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

·         All products are refundable minus postage costs and within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, packaging box and the item have to be undamaged.

·         All our products come with a full 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Providing all requirements are met, outlined in the terms and conditions page available on this site.

·         To make a warranty claim, you will need to contact us through contact us page to arrange a suitable return method. Postage cost associated with purchases remains the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

·         In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

·         If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. If damage is of a physical nature photos will need to be supplied before a refund is issued. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the product’s original packaging isn’t damaged or has been tampered with. A refund will not be granted if this is not adhered to.

·         When you return your product under a warranty claim , you must include: A copy of your original invoice, photos of damaged item (if applicable), your contact telephone number and address. You must return your product by ‘registered post’ as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected.

·         To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.

·         You can contact us by email naviplusebay@gmail.com . Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the returned one.

·         If you purchase multiple items from us please wait to receive an invoice before making your payment. This allows us to calculate your postage discount.
