Our NaviPlus® FIC system is designed to Install
either Front or Rear Camera system to the existing audio system and the car
without changing nor removing anything from the car. It’s a best option for
you, if you wish to utilize Factory Audio system & its features, while not
willing to pay pile of money for Rear Camera system from dealership.
Just
like Factory camera systems, It shows Front / Rear sight without additional
action or button.
The perk of NaviPlus® FIC is that whenever car is reversing, It will display rear sight straight away on audio screen. No button to press nor wait.
It’s designed to display as soon as the camera receives the power and signal.
For the Front camera, upon pressing trigger switch (As It doesn’t have any trigger event like Rear Camera), It will do same role as Rear camera, showing front sight to display any hazard / distance.

A Camera system that doesn’t require after coding / or
Battery reset.
Some of those Factory audio
systems requires coding or have to reset the car’s computer prior to
installation. Whereas NaviPlus® FIC is featured with Decoding module that bypasses and sends encrypted signal
to be recognized by car. It allows the car’s computer and audio system to be
maintained in same status, whilst adding Camera features

Refund / Warranty and Replacement:
We provide 12 month warranty for our products.
And from the day of receiving the system, you must inform
us if you'd like to refund or claim for Warranty replacement within 7
days, along with reason of request.
For the replacement, in
event of our product needs to be replaced to a new system, we request to return
the product to us, at buyer's cost.
And once we receive the system we will commence testing
and firmware update for the system if required - It will take up to 1-2 days.
Up on simple update fix / replacement confirmed , will
dispatch it back to customer at our cost.
Yet we always do a pre-testing prior to dispatch in first
place, to minimize this kind of event.

Once we receive the product back to us, we will test the
unit with our system to check whether it has been used or not - via checking If
It stored Car's Data signals
Then we will be able to assist you with the result.
